Meet Maxwell Ndungu
Maxwell Ndungu is the founder of Max Law Office, an Atlanta-based firm helping Georgia families navigate estate planning, probate, and elder law with clarity and confidence. He works directly with clients across the metro Atlanta area—from Sandy Springs to Decatur, Buckhead to Marietta.
Born and raised between Kenya and the United States, Maxwell brings a global perspective and a deep appreciation for family, faith, and the long view. He earned his undergraduate degree at Kennesaw State University—where he also competed in cross-country and track—before going on to earn his law degree at the University of Kentucky College of Law.
In 2021, Maxwell founded Max Law Office to bring strategic, detail-oriented counsel directly to Georgia families, built on listening first, explaining options in plain language, and treating every client’s situation with the personal attention it deserves.

Maxwell built Max Law Office around a simple belief: the people walking through his door deserve real attention, real answers, and a lawyer who treats their situation like it matters. No matter the size of the estate, the complexity of the probate, or the urgency of an elder law question, the standard of care stays the same.
He is admitted to practice throughout Georgia, including the Northern District Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. When he’s not advocating for clients, Maxwell is at home with his wife and their two daughters — grounded by the same values of family, faith, and perseverance that have shaped his career from the start.
