Hi, I’m Maxwell Ndungu, founder of Max Law Office. I started this firm in 2021 to give Atlanta families the kind of personal, strategic legal counsel usually reserved for big-firm corporate clients—without the big-firm distance.
I earned my law degree at the University of Kentucky College of Law and began my career at King & Spalding, one of Atlanta’s most respected firms. That experience taught me how to handle complex legal matters with precision. It also showed me what families really need from an estate, probate, or elder law attorney: someone who listens first, explains plainly, and treats your situation like it matters—because it does.
Born in Kenya, raised in the US, and admitted to practice throughout Georgia’s state and federal courts, I bring both a global perspective and a deeply local commitment to every client I serve.
